The type of personal information we collect

Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number(s).
Financial Data includes bank account or payment card details, necessary and utilised to process purchases made through our Service. We store payment card details & take security seriously. All card details are stored using encrypted technology and fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This ensures payment information is protected and processed with the highest level of security.
Identity Data includes first name, last name, title & date of birth.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We may require Customers to identify themselves when purchasing lottery tickets or when claiming prizes. This is at our sole discretion.
