Here at Bee Ethical Active we are recruiting face to face fundraisers to work for an ongoing campaign with a prominent local charity. The charity we are recruiting for, provide palliative, neurological and bereavement support totalling over 140,000 hours every year.

What you’ll have:
· Experience of Face-to-Face fundraising or sales experience (or transferrable skills)

Your Responsibilities:
· Engaging with members of the public to promote the charity
· Ensuring Fundraising meets internal and industry standards of Compliance
· Ensuring you are maintaining attrition rates through quality Lottery Sign Ups
· Maintaining a positive culture within the team

Our fundraisers’ aim is to inspire people to join the Veteran’s Lottery through a monthly subscription, giving people the opportunity to support veterans and their families with donations of over £14 million to 350 veterans charities across the UK. Giving, you the fundraiser the opportunity to support not only yourselves and your family through generous salary and bonus schemes but also supporting veterans and their families.

The Veterans’ Foundation (Veterans’ Lottery), are currently expanding their face to face fundraising team in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. The team requires a Team Leader to work alongside the Director of Fundraising to grow and manage a team of Fundraisers. If you have Team Leader Experience or you’re an experienced fundraiser, we want to talk to you!
You’ll get support from the Director of Fundraising, Recruitment Co-Ordinator, Venue Co-Ordinator and In House Trainer, which enables you to focus on building and getting the best out of your team.
What you’ll get from us:
· £18 per hour, minimum of 30 hours per week
· Personal Uncapped Bonus Structure with commission per sale for yourself and your team
